Block buildings sometimes have mortar failure.

Here's the crew grinding out the failed mortar and tuck pointing.

The new mortar was left to stand for 7 days until the pH level stabilized,
then a coat of Loxon primer was applied and topcoated with Super Paint.

We did this massive building in 3 stages to avoid overspraying cars in the parking lot and
truck traffic to the bays. A total of 8 days is what it took to water blast, totally prime
and paint. This is only one of the many corrugated buildings we've done.

TUDOR HOMES

Most homes of this style have masonite panels that look like stucco, as seen here,
with the cedar boards removed:

This picture shows me inspecting the gable side of the garage:

The stucco panels in this area were so bad that the weather rotted most of the studs and sillplate. We removed the windows, drywall inside and totally restudded for a brand new wall. The owner then had us replace the masonite on the home with certainteed cement stucco panels and, of course, new cedar trim.

Here are a few of the houses we do each year. We power wash and scrub the siding with a product that kills mildew and cleans but does not harm vegetation. We check all wood with an Extech MO-200 Moisture Meter before applying any primers, fillers or caulk.

Here's one of the crew powerwashing a fence, just enough pressure to clean and not tear up the wood. Very important! We do decks too.

Historical

Everyone knows of the House of the 4 Pillars in Maumee, one of the earliest homes
in the area. We've done so many historical homes people think that's all we do!
